MY BAD

Im so busy these day and i was paying a lot of attention on my projects. Until teacher reminded us that we need to update our blog,i realize that i have missed out a lot of post and one of them is still in my draft! I think im gonna do badly for this CDS. gosh! So worried! SAVE ME! Anyway, instead of asking someone to save me, i should save myself by doing my late work. HAIZ!

i shall start with the TP search databases:

EbscoHost Research Database
The search uses boolean equation which is and, not, or  to do an advance search.
It also allow us to pick on the field so that the results will be more accurate.

The search results showed is arrange in order however the search result is not the exact information I wanted and is helpless to my research.

ScienceDirect Subject Collections
It contains journal articles on subject like Agricultural and biological sciences, biochemistry, etc... (all science based). I chosen this because my topic is science related topic.
The search results showed had a wide range which is 100 and the result shown is quite relevant to my research and i find the results shown is in order, is in PDF format, with citation and is able to give us a preview. This helps to save our time in reading the unwanted information.
I find it useful.

I think it is more effective to search the invisible web (databases) than using search engines, meta-search or subject directories if i am working on projects related to my course or school work as database provides factual and abstract of the text information. As compare to other search engines databases provides me much reliable information and is usually up-to-date information.
They are welly maintained by government or organizations. Other than that, when we are using someone's word as information, citation is very important, as the citation is given in the databases, i can just copy and paste it. this will save my time to find for the author names or others.
